The services can be accessed through a web portal or mobile application and is ideal for customers that have vacation homes, investment properties, or multisite businesses, says the company. At the center of Total Connect Comfort Services is the RedLINK™ Internet gateway, a modem-like device that connects wirelessly to any RedLINK Comfort System and to a user’s Internet router. Once a system is connected, users can view and change system settings, view and set the temperature, view the indoor and outdoor humidity, access multiple thermostats in a zoned system, and receive automatic upgrades as new, additional features become available. Furthermore, users can set up customizable system performance alerts for added safety, comfort, and energy efficiency as needed.
