The boiler header manifolds are available 1¼ and 1½ diameter and come in two, three, and four-zone units. The manufacturer’s boiler header manifolds are a prefabricated header for hot-water boilers and can be used on the supply and return. They eliminate the need to make a boiler header out of pipe nipples and fittings. All the boiler header manifolds are shipped with thread protectors on all ends.
