Description: This flanged ductile gate valve is used to control water in fire sprinkler systems. It features an ethylene propylene diene terpolymer (EPDM)-encapsulated, resilient wedge; flanged ends; and an outside stem & yoke (OS&Y) rising stem. Painted with a fusion-bonded epoxy coating, the gate valve comes with four bosses — one tapped and plugged — in sizes starting at 2 ½ inches up to 12 inches. The valve’s flanged ends conform with American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B 16.1 Class 125.
