PORTLAND, Ore. - Several companies have recently joined the BuildingAdvice program from AirAdvice. According to AirAdvice, these companies are now equipped to provide much-needed energy services for commercial buildings, including benchmarking, assessments, and audits that find and quantify the savings that could be provided to their customers. One of the first steps for building owners wanting to improve energy efficiency is to know how the building operates and uses energy and then to identify savings opportunities, said the company. These participating service providers will now be able to provide such services and justify the cost of improvements by showing the potential savings from the systems and operations changes. The new participants are Network Centric Technologies LLC of Athens, Ala.; Sustainable Resources Management Inc., Toronto, Ontario; Malone Solutions, O’Fallon, Ill.; GreenCon, San Juan, Puerto Rico; ATR Service, Alpharetta, Ga.; X Controls Inc., San Diego; and Metro Air Conditioning Co., Lenexa, Kan.
