MISSISSAUGA, Ontario - Warren Heeley, president of the Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI), appointed Dorothy Allen to the HRAI staff. Allen joins HRAI as member services representative for the Contractors Division (HRAC) and Associates Division. She will prepare and distribute HRAI communications for these divisions, coordinating and organizing logistics for meetings and extensive database management.

“This appointment was necessary to fill a recently vacated position and to maintain resources to meet growing members’ needs,” explained Heeley.
