HRAI President Announces New Staff Appointment
MISSISSAUGA, Ontario - Warren Heeley, president of the Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI), has announced the appointment of Wendy Joslin as member services representative, reception.
"This appointment was necessary to fill a recently vacated position and to maintain resources to meet growing members' needs," stated Heeley.
Joslin is responsible for responding to all incoming calls made to the association and supporting maintenance of the association's membership database. She joins HRAI with a background in both administration and customer service.
