DALLAS - Emerson Climate Technologies is introducing the new UltraTech™ communicating system, an integrated network of components designed to work together to aid contractors in selling, installing, and servicing high-end systems.

UltraTech is built to deliver comfort and efficiency via a two-stage Copeland Scroll UltraTech™ compressor and variable speed blower motor. When these technologies are integrated with UltraTech’s outdoor control board, indoor control board, and programmable thermostat, the HVAC system can share information system-wide for better performance. By sharing information, UltraTech autoconfigures and checks system settings, with no additional wires needed.

“Our market research shows homeowners want better comfort and efficiency, with systems that are highly reliable,” said John Schneider, director of marketing, Emerson Climate Technologies Residential Systems. “However, these systems are often more complex to install. Most contractors agree that UltraTech enables them to upsell better performance to the homeowner with smart HVAC systems they can install and service with confidence.”

UltraTech is designed to help contractors sell up to high-end systems, improve the quality of installation, enable more service technicians to be capable of installing high-end equipment, and reduce callbacks.
