LINTHICUM HEIGHTS, MD — TradePower announced the launch of its Web site serving the construction industry, www.trade power.com. The site will connect suppliers and contractors through a centralized, integrated environ-ment, helping customers exchange information and purchase and sell construction supplies.
Unlike existing construction industry exchanges that target owners, architects, and general contractors, TradePower is focused on the supplier and contractor relationship, according to the company.
TradePower’s goal is to streamline the highly fragmented construction industry by bringing suppliers and buyers together in a collaborative, secure, and neutral environment,” said TradePower ceo Tom McVeigh.
