LANCASTER, Ohio — Glasfloss Industries Inc. has announced the grand opening of a new air filter manufacturing plant in Jacksonville, Fla. The grand opening celebration was attended by members of the local Chamber of Commerce, local media, vendors, and Glasfloss customers from the region.

“We were very pleased with the turnout at our grand opening and look forward to a long and prosperous partnership with the Jacksonville business community and our Southeast customers,” said Chuck Watts, vice president/general manager.

The new plant, which has been ramping into production since October, is now producing two major product lines for Glasfloss’ Southeast customer base and currently employs over 40 people. Additional production capacity will be added in the coming months.
