Orders are processed daily with immediate shipment of in-stock items. Customers are informed of their order status by e-mail. The shopping cart accepts company purchase orders and major credit cards.
“Offering parts online gives customers that are familiar with the product very quick and easy access to the needed parts,” said Chris Bogart, manager of service operations. “The site is very easy to use. Just type in the part number or search by key word, select the item, and check out.”
