HOLLAND, Mich. - Hart & Cooley Inc., parent company of American Metal Products (AMP) and J&J Register, announced that it has consolidated the distribution of its AmeriVent gas vent and chimney systems brand and J&J Register brand. According to the company, this integration will provide wholesalers with an expanded product offering, additional new products, and consolidated shipping opportunities.

While AmeriVent and J&J Register will retain their manufacturing and brand identities, the shared distribution network is designed to simplify ordering and enable purchasing economies of scale for wholesale buyers.

According to Gary K. Henry, president of Hart & Cooley, "This consolidation brings together two well-known product names in the HVAC industry." AmeriVent gas vent and chimney systems support more than 350 complementary products to allow the creation of almost any kind of vent system, says the company. J&J Register offers a line of residential and light commercial registers, grilles, diffusers, and related products, including a new line of extruded aluminum grilles and registers and plastic registers.
