Jan. 28, 2003: Remember OSHA’s New Requirements
WASHINGTON — The Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) reminds contractors not to forget about recent changes that have been made to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA’s) record keeping requirements.
MCAA notes that all applicable occupational injuries and illnesses must be recorded on the OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 forms or their equivalents. Also, the 300A (summary) must be posted from February 1 through April 30.
