Berner International, New Castle, Pa., introduces the Architectural Icon 8 and Icon 10 to its Architectural Collection of air curtains.

Berner announced that manufacturer representatives R. Williamson & Associates LLC and SRS Enterprises received the company's "Rep of the Year 2021" gold honors in the commission sales and buy/resell categories, respectively.

Models 500, 2000, and 2500 introduce a wide variety of new features over the existing lineup. They can be placed horizontally or vertically to seal the door, depending on the application, and can also be installed in cold store applications.

Specifically-sized to fit each revolving door’s diameter, configuration, and brand, the product creates a separating air barrier at the building’s conditioned interior by blocking unwanted exterior air trapped within the moving door sections.

This series with electric heat is typically specified in health care, hospitality, restaurant, supermarket, and other commercial facilities to provide additional comfort over 7- to 10-foot-high front doors.

Four entranceway air curtains, which now protect the Mount Pleasant, South Carolina-based amusement park’s 16,000-square-foot indoor area from outdoor temperatures, have lowered annual utility costs and energy use by approximately $20,000 and 6.6-MMBtu,
