The Unified Group is hosting an Annual Meeting/Owners' Forum. The intended audience is for company owners. Besides speaker Steve Thomas, activities at the meeting include: • Sales management forum highlights — iPad’s and how sales team are using them and CRM – how one member selected it, the benefits, etc.; • Small group roundtables; • Member panel discussions on technology, energy services, etc.; • “Speed dating” — Members will hear about the cool and innovative things that their fellow members are doing, how they got started, some of the potholes to avoid, successes, and best practices; • Unified Group business — The group will talk about membership, business opportunities, 2014 training, and members’ capabilities matrix; • Unified Group financial benchmark review; • Best ideas implemented — Large group discussion for members to talk about the one thing they did this year that they would do again; and • Industry updates — Stay informed about new trends and changes in our industry.
