The National HVACR Educators and Trainers Conference is an annual train the trainer  event for persons involved in training the current or future HVACR workforce.

The conference offers over Forty plus sessions covering: emerging technologies, regulatory updates, green technologies, program recruitment, educational delivery systems, work ethics programs, customer relations skills, and code changes.

To help instructors verify the depth of their knowledge and evaluate where they may need professional development, educator credentialing exams are offered FREE of CHARGE to attendees.

The exposition provides an opportunity to learn about the latest in: equipment, trainers, test instruments, tools, controls, chemicals, curriculum, job placement, and much more..

The Teachers-n-Trainers Competition provides attendees the opportunity to showcase their skills by completing a series of time-based tasks, arranged in elimination stages.

Three plated lunches and three express breakfast with coffee are included to allow attendees to network with peers from across North America.

Attendees are given the opportunity to sign in during sessions and earn continuing education hours.

The conference is open to anyone involved in training current or future HVACR workforce. This includes but is not limited to: HVACR instructors, utility trainers, technical service advisors, manufacturers, corporate trainers, and administrators.
