Organized by DANVAK, the Danish HVAC Society, in cooperation with Aalborg University, the Congress is endorsed by ASHRAE. The first CLIMA congress was held in Copenhagen in 1985 and after more than 30 years it again returns to Denmark. CLIMA2016 offers an anticipated 1,000 attendees, including researchers, industry, building owners, end users, consultants, engineers, architects and policymakers a platform for the exchange of scientific knowledge and innovative technical solutions. The theme focuses on building and HVAC system performance practice in fulfilment of the intended design, the needs of the occupants and the future of smart energy systems.
