Q: What made you decide to get involved with selling ductless systems?

A: Mainly, it was for the consumers. There are a lot of problems that can be addressed with ductless solutions that a lot of dealers don’t even put in their repertoire simply because it’s not something they’re familiar with.

Q: You operate out of Central Florida. Is there something that makes ductless an easier solution for your area?

A: It’s very easy to install. I had a crew leave here this morning at 8 a.m. and they were back here at 1:30 p.m., after installing a complete Mitsubishi system. They’re easy to install, very energy efficient, and the customers like them. They’re probably the most reliable system I’ve ever dealt with. They have a lot of benefits because they solve a lot of problems for customers without having to swap out the entire central system or get up there in the ceiling and install ductwork.
