Roy White is the founder and owner of Fixed Right & Guaranteed, a premier HVAC and home service company serving the Southern Maryland community. With over 30 years of industry experience, Roy’s journey to entrepreneurship is anything but typical; before dedicating himself fully to the trades in 2018, he served as an inspector at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center. He now applies that same aerospace-level precision to residential heating and cooling, building a team of "Super Techs" who operate on a philosophy of "integrity, expertise, and no shortcuts." Roy is a firm believer that technical skill must be matched by character, fostering a company culture rooted in faith and family that has earned them the title of "Best Place to Work" for four consecutive years and the prestigious Service Nation Contractor of the Year award. When he isn’t recording episodes of his podcast, "Fixed Right Unplugged," or mentoring his team, Roy enjoys life in Owings with his wife, Michelle.
