Alyssa Rogers is the Vice President and co-owner of Rogers Heating & Cooling, a rapidly growing home service company in South Boston, Virginia, that she runs alongside her husband, Joey. Leaving a successful corporate career to join the family business in 2018, Alyssa applied her background in marketing and management to help transform the company from a small local operation into a regional powerhouse, earning recognition on the Inc. 5000 list and the ACHR News "Top 40 Under 40." Her leadership style is defined by a blend of "old-fashioned service and modern techniques," with a specific focus on educating customers and creating a workplace culture where employees feel like family. Passionate about highlighting the people behind the business, she hosts the "Hello Hello" podcast, where she celebrates the unique stories of local entrepreneurs and community leaders in Southern Virginia. When she isn't driving business growth or recording episodes, Alyssa enjoys spending time with Joey and their family and taking the occasional trip to Florida.
