Gerald Davis
Gerald Davis is the founder of Superior Co-Op HVAC and Adirondack Heat Pumps. Davis founded Superior Co-Op HVAC in 2013 and moved into the company’s existing building in Cambridge, New York, in 2017. He became a member of Mitsubishi Electric’s Diamond Contractor® program that same year. Davis has built the first Mitsubishi Electric Heat Pump Showroom in the Capital District. In January 2020, Davis chose to go exclusively with Mitsubishi Electric heating and air-conditioning products and specialize in all-electric, all-climate heat pumps. He soon achieved becoming a member of Mitsubishi Electric’s Elite Diamond Contractor program. In August 2022, Davis purchased property in Ticonderoga, New York, to establish a second location. The new team received the prestigious 2023 CLIMB Highest Growth award from METUS and joined Superior Co-Op HVAC in achieving Mitsubishi Electric Elite Diamond Contractor status.
