Humility and curiosity typically aren’t synonymous with leadership. Humility, after all, is generally reflective; it stems from acknowledgement that you don’t have all the answers. Curiosity, on the other hand, confidently proclaims that no matter how fixed you may be in your current resolve, you’re hungry enough to know that there are other possibilities beyond what you currently know and hold to be true.

All jokes aside, there’s a saying that I have on repeat as a business coach. “The answer to your problem is somewhere close by, you just need to know where to look.”

When we hear the word wealth, we tend to think only of monetary value. Additionally, however, I’d like to explore two additional forms of wealth: informational and influential wealth. 

Throughout the course of a typical work day, the words accountability and responsibility are used a lot, especially if the results don’t measure up to expectations. So, what do these two words mean? Are they interchangeable? And how can we change our misconceptions to start creating a new level of ownership within your organization and amongst your employees?
