Shawn Wood is a product manager, Trane Commercial Systems. He joined Trane in 1996 after earning a BSME from North Carolina Technical State University. As product manager, his primary responsibilities are to drive feature enhancements, volume, and share with Trane commercial rooftop products, controls, and services. When rooftop units first came on the scene three decades ago, they were a rather basic solution for controlling temperature in one-story commercial buildings. Fast forward and that has all changed.
