Connecticut Launches Nation’s First Statewide Home Energy Score Program

Connecticut has launched a statewide residential energy labeling program. The first state to use the Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) Home Energy Score, EnergizeCT’s Home Energy Solutions program will provide an energy efficiency score and recommend efficiency improvements to residents across the state.

The United States energy service company (ESCO) market is expected grow from $6.3 billion in 2015 to $11.5 billion in 2024, while ESCO revenue in Europe is projected to grow from $2.7 billion to $3.1 billion, according to a report from Navigant Research.
