The PRO-Fit™ Precision Swage Kit is a collection of six drill bit swage tool sizes designed for quickly, reliably and inexpensively swaging copper and aluminum tubing used in split-system air conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing work.
PRO-Fit Precision Swage Kit bits used with a (minimum) 12v, 2,000-Plus RPM drill or impact driver combine friction, heat and pressure to reform tubing into a perfect swage for joining two similar-sized tubes, especially for use with any mini-split, VRF or split system unitary equipment installation. The five-second process eliminates copper coupling expense, cuts brazing by half and produces a more consistent swage than laborious manual hammer/punch swage tool methods.
Both series complement each other and are essential for preventing mechanical damage as well as premature insulation degradation from ultraviolet (UV) light, and animal and insect pests.
The Natatorium Ventilation (NV)-Series is a compact, non-compressorized ventilation system for conditioning natatorium environments with outdoor air and heat recovery, but without compromising indoor air quality (IAQ).
Available in sizes up to 65,000-CFM, the NV-Series is designed specifically for indoor pool and waterpark environments ideally located in cooler, drier summer climates.
The Whispertherm™ Integrated Thermal Recovery unit with energy recovery module was designed to benefit the environmentally conscious owner by efficiently introducing outdoor air into the occupied space. Rather than directly discarding exhaust air from the occupied space, the energy is transferred to the incoming fresh air. As a result, less energy is required to bring fresh air to the indoor conditions.
Available in early 2018, the ProLine XE Combi Boiler is engineered with residential building professionals in mind. By moving critical components, such as the built-in circulator, to an easily accessible location within the unit, service and maintenance are dramatically simplified.
The TDWLB series wireless pressure and temperature transducer is ideal for applications where short-term datalogging is required and a Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection isn’t available; for example HVAC technicians who need to gather pressure and temperature data to diagnose issues with AC and refrigeration systems.
Green Link Adhesive/Sealant bonds and seals the KnuckleHead Universal Base and is effective on a wide range of roof surfaces. The adhesive/sealant has been specially formulated to adhere to PVC, EPDM, TPO, and Mod Bit, as well as the KnuckleHead base itself, which is composed of glass-reinforced nylon.
The Opt2MAX motor features a 56/140 frame motor that comes pre-programmed with an integrated drive and provides seamless transition from high to low speed. Available in 1–10 HP, it is designed for direct drive and belt drive applications.
The motor is intended for use in rooftop units, air handlers, exhausters, condenser and chiller fans, and other variable torque load applications.
The Sentinel Pro system can interface with any HVACR equipment that uses a programmable logic controller (PLC) with Modbus sensors. Only one Sentinel PRO device is required to monitor up to 64 Modbus registers and 12 different digital or analog status conditions for HVAC equipment, boilers, chillers, refrigeration, and cold storage units.
