In a brief press statement released from the company, AAON Inc. announced that it would close its Canadian operations effective July 23. Norman H. Asbjornson, president and CEO, said, “The manufacture of Canada’s custom equipment will be relocated to the company’s Tulsa, Okla., and Longview, Texas, plants.”
WaterFurnace Renewable Energy, Inc. named Tom Huntington as president and chief executive officer effective May 26, 2009. Huntington took over from Bruce Ritchey, who is retiring from the company after 10 years at the helm.
