Danfoss hosted its 20th EnVisioneering^SM Symposium, “The Climate and Energy Nexus in Commercial Refrigeration.” Participants included commercial refrigeration OEMs, supermarket chains, contractors, and more who addressed important issues on the refrigeration and refrigerants agenda.

According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) Short-Term Energy and Winter Fuels Outlook, the EIA expects higher prices this winter for homes that heat with natural gas, propane, and electricity. Home heating oil prices are expected to be lower than last winter.

Greenheck Fan Corp. announced that it will soon break ground on a 150,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Shelby, N.C. The company plans to break ground on the new facility in January 2014 with plans to be operational by October.

LE Inc. has introduced seven new generator sets in its Equipment Division product lineup. The 10 kW unit is offered as a stationary generator set with a 20 gallon fuel tank.
