The Wrench Group, a home maintenance and repair company specializing in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical services, announced the acquisition of Baker Brothers in a deal aimed at expanding its presence in the Dallas market.
Entech Sales and Service Inc. announced they are acquiring Oklahoma City-based Logical Building Solutions Inc. Entech will merge all assets and operations of LBS into its existing business structure. Entech’s new Oklahoma City office will operate under the name Logical Building Systems.
