The LeakBreaker is a water heater leak-protection device that guards against flood damage from a leaking water heater. It consists of a control unit, a valve with an actuator, and a sensor.

Several leading compressor manufacturers weighed in with insights and advice for contractors and technicians as they learn how to work safely with the equipment utilizing these so-called alternative refrigerants as they transition into primary refrigerant choices.

Connected to this system by LED Link, any LED fixture or retrofit kit can harvest intelligent building feedback. Lights can feel how warm or cold a room is, see if anyone is occupying the space and sniff out odors and potentially toxic chemicals in the air, including smoke, carbon monoxide, and harmful VOCs. 

This kit is designed for mineral oil, polyvinylether (PVE), polyolester (POE), and alkyl benzene lubricant systems. It can add fluorescent dyes into air conditioning and refrigeration systems without the use of additional refrigerant. 

This product provides user-friendly data, bar graphs, instructions, advanced diagnostics, and continuous on-board system monitoring. 

Many new testing and monitoring products were on display last month at the AHR Expo in Orlando, Florida, where manufacturers showcased and demonstrated their newest, smartest products.
