Facility Is First Net-Zero Municipal Building in New York State

Mechanical contracting firm TAG Mechanical Systems Inc. announced that it provided HVAC mechanical systems and a 54 kW solar photovoltaic (PV) system for the Skaneateles Village Hall in Skaneateles, N.Y. The facility is the first municipal net-zero energy building in New York State.
The MicroTech® Integrated System for water-source heat pump applications provides smart controls, high performance, and installation as easy as plug-and-play, the company said. It is a complete system in the small building market, integrating pumps, towers, boilers, and ventilation air with a water-source heat pump.
