Following in a 32-year tradition of dedication and service, 27 technicians from 17 companies made 60 service calls to elderly customers in need of assistance. A clean and check was completed on each furnace, and any equipment found to have mechanical problems was repaired at no cost to the recipient.

Through the program, Lennox helps families in need by donating a state-of-the-art HVAC system, then having the equipment installed by a local Lennox dealer free of charge.
The campaign, titled "Pack-A-Truck", called upon ARS employees and respective communities for donations like water, toiletries, and non-perishable food items. Each branch packed service trucks and donated to local food banks to supplement their community outreach efforts.
Friedrich donated 30 ductless heating and cooling systems to support the second development phase of the Community First! Village, a program of Mobile Loaves & Fishes which helps provide sustainable shelter and community support for nearly 300 residents.
As presenting sponsors, Johnson Controls and the Luxaire brand, in partnership with local distributor Design Air LLC, led a team who participated in a 5K walk and run. Held at Milwaukee’s Henry W. Maier Festival Park, the event also included a one-mile walk, wheelchair race, and after party.
When Larry Dooley, a Vietnam veteran, scheduled a service call for their 20 year old HVAC unit, ARS/Rescue Rooter Technician Wayne Maner knew immediately that the HVAC unit was beyond repairs and needed to be replaced.
Daikin recently donated VAV boxes, air handlers, a unit ventilator, and the complete VRV system to provide students with hands-on learning opportunities with advanced HVAC technology.
