Seeking to draw on the creativity and technical expertise of the American public, citizens can now submit their ideas to six open calls for innovation with the chance to partner with a DOE national laboratory and a leading private sector partner.
The final rule changes will be mandatory for representations of energy use or efficiency on or after 180 days after publication in the Federal Register.
This guidance document represents the Department’s interpretation of its existing regulations and is exempt from the notice and comment requirements of the Administrative Procedure Act.
