The system is comprised of a patented automatic water shut-off valve, wireless leak and temperature sensors, system hub, and a free app. It can be integrated with smart home systems and has features designed to work specifically with the Nest thermostat line.

The system provides standard reports for indoor comfort conditions, energy consumption, and alarm conditions. Custom reports and dashboards can also be created.
All units come standard with a natural gas-to-liquid petroleum conversion kit, making the unit field configurable. The design features a left- or right-hand connection for gas and electric service.
