Jerry DiCunzolo, president and CEO of Power-Flo Technologies Group, and Jerry Pindus, president and CEO of US Energy Group, have announced the merger of the two companies. Power-Flo Technologies Group is adding US Energy Group to its corporate portfolio of energy companies.
