When the Balsan Group of Johnstone Supply purchased space in Waldorf, Maryland, for its seventh branch office, the group’s Technical Service Advisor was charged with designing the HVAC system.
“We put together some sections of 2 ½-inch pipe, and Joe tried to drive a nail through them with a hammer. I remember him reporting back and saying, ‘This is not your typical plastic.’”
