AKRON, Ohio - The Air Conditioning Contractors of Northeast Ohio in Akron and the Cleveland chapter of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) are hosting HVAC Customer Service Educational Events presented by Steve Coscia, author of the HVAC Customer Service Handbook.

"The Courageous Customer Service: World Class Service Excellence is not for Cowards" is a one-hour session that outlines the potential business growth for HVAC contractors when proactive customer service and sales practices are deployed at all levels of an organization.

The Akron event will be held in the evening, on Oct. 11, and the Cleveland event will also be held in the evening on Oct. 12. Cleveland attendees can earn one-hour continuing education for North American Technician Excellence (NATE) credit.

"We are very excited to have Steve Coscia coming to Ohio in October," said Gary Jackson, general manager for Jackson Comfort, Akron, Ohio. "This is an opportunity for contractors to learn how to differentiate themselves from the competition and provide the world class service that consumers expect and are willing to pay for in today's market."

Contractors interested in registering for the Cleveland session should contact Darlene Johnson, ACCA chapter manager at 330-467-1390. To register for the Akron session, call Lisa Smith at 330-762-9951.
