FALLS CHURCH, Va. - Quality Service Contractors (QSC) announced two new member benefits at Power Meeting XX in Scottsdale, Ariz.: a marketing manual and a Web-based resource program. According to the organization, both programs were produced at the request of QSC members.

The marketing manual, titled "Marketing for the Quality Service Contractor-Planning That Works," includes over 200 pages of marketing/advertising information, and three spreadsheets for contractors to develop a plan, a budget, and track their marketing efforts. This is available on CD-ROM.

QSC also announced that, beginning in July, EPL for Residential will provide business, marketing, and operational training to members. An electronic "Ask the Expert" consulting system will be included.
