RauPanel™ radiant heating system is installed without a concrete overpour, making it applicable for retrofit as well as new construction. This patented system responds quickly to heating requirements, providing uniform, comfortable heat in a single room or throughout the home. RauPanel consists of RauPEX® 3/8-inch cross-linked polyethylene (PEXa) pipe, aluminum panels, and wood return bends. The system is compatible with commonly used floor coverings. During construction, the radiant heat system is laid out on the subfloor. The pipe snaps easily into the custom grooves in the panels.
