Infrared thermometers in the 830 Series have an alarm to audibly and visibly warn when the user-adjustable temperature set point is exceeded. Both the 830-T1 and 830-T2 automatically measure and display temperature readings from -25 degrees to 572 degrees F. Features include a backlit display, trigger operation, hold function, 1/2-second response time, and adjustable emissivity. Each unit comes with batteries, an instruction manual, and a two-year warranty. The 830-T1 has a single laser point and 10:1 optics ratio, while the 830-T2 has a two-spot laser, a 12:1 optics ratio, and a K-type thermocouple socket for contact measurements.
