(MSI) announced that it is undertaking a major mechanical project including renovations of the HVAC systems at St. Petersburg College's Health Sciences Center in St. Petersburg, Fla. Under its contract with Energy Systems Group, MSI is replacing and upgrading the central energy plant as well as air distribution and air handling systems. MSI's scope of work is reported to be valued at over $1 million and is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2006.
