M.K. Plastics Corp.: Backward Curved Centrifugal Fan
July 10, 2006
The DHK molded backward curved centrifugal fan is available in 12-60 inch sizes, with corrosion-resistant fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) construction. For use in such applications as fume exhaust and odor control systems, the standard and narrow width construction fans can deliver airflow to 90,000 cfm and up to 22 inches SP. The fan is available in Class I, II, and III at 100 percent wheel width. The housings have round slip-connection inlets for quick installation of round ducts and undrilled rectangular flanged outlets (rectangular-to-round FRP outlet transitions are available). A neoprene hub seal is available on all DHK fans to minimize air leakage.
