Series TD6520 Thermodisc steam trap and Series TD6420 Thermodisc steam trap with integral strainer have been added to the Bear Trap® product line. Series TD6520 can withstand a high-pressure capacity of up to 4,700 pounds per hour (2,132 kilograms per hour), and Series TD6420 can operate with a pressure capacity of up to 2,200 pounds per hour (998 kilograms per hour). The traps are freeze-resistant when they are piped in vertical orientation, due to their self-draining design. The traps operate over a wide pressure range of 2 to 600 psig with a maximum temperature of 800 degrees F. Features include stainless steel body; hardened stainless steel disc, which is the only moving part; and audible discharge cycle.
