HARTLAND, Wis. - Grunau Company announced that it has added BETA Systems, a division of Thomson Financial, to its current list of clients.

Grunau Company will install the HVAC, plumbing, and fire and specialty suppression systems for the company's new 65,000-square-foot data center located in Hartland, Wis. The project, which began at the end of April, is expected to be completed in October 2004.

"We are confident that our past experience with fast-track jobs such as this will help the company reach their goal of being operational in only six months," said Paul Grunau, Grunau Company's president and CEO. "Our design/assist capabilities and proactive approach will help keep the project moving."

BETA Systems, headquartered in Milwaukee, is one of the largest securities data-processing firms in the country. The company employs 725 people in five offices worldwide.

The Grunau Company designs, installs, and services mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and specialized electrical systems. Grunau Metals, a separate division, offers specialty metal fabrication services. The company has offices in Wisconsin, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
