The EverHot® tankless gas water heaters have a lime accumulation sensor. According to the manufacturer, the heat exchangers have a nine-pass design to maximize heat transfer and efficiency. They are available in two residential and two commercial models, both offering indoor and outdoor types. Up to two controllers can be hardwired at multiple locations for the residential water heaters; only one controller can be used for the commercial units, says the manufacturer. They have Btu inputs ranging from 15,000 to 180,000 for the indoor models, and 15,000 to 199,000 for the outdoor models. The indoor models come with an integrated digital controller, whereas the outdoor models come with a remote controller.
