Russell's Heating Named Small Business Of The Year
CHESAPEAKE, Va. - Russell's Heating & Cooling was named Small Business of the Year for the city of Chesapeake. Buddy Smith, president of Russell's, was presented the SBOY award by Chesapeake Mayor William E. Ward on behalf of the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce.
The HVAC contracting company was recognized for excellence in employee growth, innovation, leadership, community involvement, and customer satisfaction. Russell's Heating and Cooling, a family-owned and -operated business, was founded in 1977. It employs 36 people.
