WHITE BEAR LAKE, Minn. - Nexstar feels so strongly that customers can only be satisfied through happy employees, it conducts an independent survey of member-employee satisfaction levels each year.

For 2004, Nexstar found the top-10 member companies with the happiest employees were Central Solutions (Great Falls, Mont.), Thomas Heating & Cooling (Cincinnati), Michigan Power Rodding Inc. (Ann Arbor, Mich.), Gene Love Plumbing Service Inc. (West Columbia, S.C.), Sunray Systems Inc. (Hauppauge, N.Y.), Frank & Lindy Plumbing & Heating Service Inc. (Peekskill, N.Y.), Fagnelli Plumbing (Pittsburgh), Lascko Plumbing & Mechanical (Muskegon, Mich.), Art Plumbing & Air Conditioning Inc. (Coral Springs, Fla.), and Lord & Reynolds Services Inc. (Westminister, Colo.).

Nexstar's member-employees were asked about their satisfaction levels regarding benefits, level of communication, company image, compensation, environmental issues, ethics, job security, leadership, respect, recognition, support, commitment to the employees, and training opportunities.
