The LCD Series sealed-combustion boiler has been added to the Dominatorâ„¢ Series. The boiler's sealed combustion chamber offers the flexibility of using outside air or mechanical room air for combustion. The boilers have multispeed blowers for more efficient staging and special alloy burners, the company says. The unit features a spark pilot ignition system that is safer and more reliable than conventional hot-surface ignition systems, claims the manufacturer. In addition to standard metal jackets, LCD Series boilers also are available with corrosion-resistant, brushed stainless steel jackets. Twelve models are available.
