Oil Heat Contractor Wins Trip To Germany
"I attended the show in 2001 and I learned so much at that show, I decided to try to convince our local chapter to run a raffle so others could attend" said John Griffin, then president of the local. The chapter ran the raffle in 2003, in which one of their local members won.
It was brought to the table again for the 2005 show by chapter president Matt Spink. "Even though we lost our shirts on the 2003 raffle," he said, "we decided to give someone in the industry a chance again to go to ‘Heating Heaven.'"
And The Winner Is ...
Judy Garber of NAOHSM drew the winning ticket (as witnessed by Dan Holohan of HeatingHelp.com). The winning ticket was sold to Bob Bruno of Bruno Oil from Hammonton, N.J."Needless to say, he was quite excited about winning," Griffin said. Bruno joined the NAOHSM trip to ISH as a result of taking a chance for only $50.
