GPS TimeTrack v1.2 has enhanced capabilities for dispatching and routing mobile workers. According to the company, dispatchers can find the closest field worker to a jobsite, and detailed driving directions to the next site can be transmitted. The program is designed to allow mobile workers to record, on Nextel mobile telephones, customer and project information that is specific to the organization's business process and/or vertical market. A scheduled reporting module can be tailored so that business reports regarding mobile worker activities are downloaded at preset intervals to various systems, such as payroll and inventory applications. The GPS TimeTrack v1.2 has a geo-fencing module, which alerts the office manager when a mobile worker has left a designated work area or is entering an unsafe zone.
