Selkirk LLC (Dallas) has named Gary Light as national sales manager - Retail Division and Denis Deziel as plant manager of the Brockville facility for Selkirk Canada.

James Bochat, president of Pro Mechanical Services Inc. (Phoenix), has been elected president of the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB).
