CINCINNATI — Excellence Commitment LLC announced the launch of “Contractor Co-Opetition.” According to the contractor group, phase one will embark on a “hands-on approach” to develop solutions to challenges faced by HVACR organizations. Defined as a “business strategy based on combining cooperation and competition,” the organization says that the Contractor Co-opetition program will include:

An audit of issues facing companies and opportunities that are missed;

A continual benchmarking of operational, financial, and sales measurements;

Two on-site employee integration sessions with a focus on service, installation, sales and marketing, and general administration;

Two regional integration sessions with a focus on cooperating, competing, and support; and

Representation with one residential/light commercial and one commercial/industrial/mechanical HVACR contractor participant in each metropolitan area.
